This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for April 29, 2009:
Strategic thinking. See the 'big picture,' the system as a whole. Cut through clutter and see the best way forward .Generate sceanarios based on 'what if' thinking. See patterns: connections, causes and effects, leverage points. Identify obstacles, resistance and paths that lead nowhere. Make best choice.

These are awesome tools for this universe as a core for working and doing better and helping others too. It took me a long time to understand what strategy meant, even after reading the Art of War and doing 2 exec courses… then flunking a few times, I finally understood how it comes together. Thanks for being here and posting this… it would be fun some time to work through a strat plan.
Thanks Katy. Yes, it is about helping others and working with others. No strategy alone and no strategy without execution. I'd love to discuss strategy with you.
